My approach to each session is ultimately dictated by the client's needs and concerns, however the first session usually consists of information gathering. This offers me as your therapist the opportunity to find out what has been happening in your life and what you want to change. Based on this information, I am then able to select the most effective clinical interventions, Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you resolve problem issues.
How Long Will it Take?
Some issues are resolved in a single session, while others will take a longer time. But even with deeper problems, the expectation is that after three sessions the client will be able to report significant positive change.
